About me
I am a Program Manager with The Woods Project in Houston, TX and I work with high school students, families, and adult volunteers to provide wilderness experiences throughout the school year and the Summer. I work closely with the student registration process, program and event planning, and actually getting out in the field on weekend and two-week Summer trips with our students.
Besides being passionate about providing outdoor recreation experiences to high school students who wouldn't otherwise have those opportunities, I am very interested in diversity and inclusion efforts in outdoor spaces, and the relationships that humans can create with non-humans in a natural environment.
