I’m a People & Culture leader with nearly two decades of experience supporting people, teams, and mission-driven organizations. My focus is on building scalable People & Culture infrastructure that improves employee experience, supports leaders, and enables better decision-making - without losing the heart of the work. I believe strong workplace culture is created through trust, clarity, and consistent practice, not just well-written policies. Currently, I support a national outdoor education network, working across independently governed schools to strengthen alignment while honoring local context.
