About me
Xochitl (she/her/ella) was born and raised in Oxnard, California. Xochitl is a proud first-generation college graduate and the daughter of Ñuu Savi (Mixtec) migrants and has a background in youth organizing, environmental and recreational planning, education, and hospitality. One of Xochitl’s passions includes making outdoor spaces accessible for young people who might otherwise not have access to recreational or outdoor educational activities. During her free time, Xochitl enjoys running, hiking, cycling, and backpacking.
