Oeishi Banerjee is the behavioral health policy and system architect at Grove Institute. With a background in technology and psychology, she is currently pursuing a master's degree at Dartmouth, focusing on the intersection of the environment and business. At Grove, she supports the development of Backcountry Behavioral Health materials and training. She is an avid adventurer who recently completed a solo summit of Mt. Hood.Oeishi Banajeer holds a BA in Psychology and Technology and works at the intersection of environment, behavioral health systems, and policy design. As Behavioral Health Systems and Policy Architect at Grove Institute, she translates complex behavioral health frameworks into practical field applications.
