About me
Kip Ioane is the founder and lead facilitator of TeamsOfMen and head boys basketball coach at South Salem High School in Salem, Oregon. A longtime educator and coach, he works with schools, athletic programs, and parents to help young men build emotional fluency, accountability, and healthy relationship skills. Through workshops, team-based curriculum, and keynote presentations, Kip helps adults create cultures where boys can grow beyond harmful scripts of "what it means to be a man".
