About me
José H. González Sanders, Ed.D., is Director and Chair of Experiential Education at The Overlake School, leading outdoor, global, and service learning programs. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in risk management systems, safety science, and international program design. He has taught at CSU Northridge and Prescott College, and teaches risk management and wilderness medicine with NOLS. He served three years on the WRMC Steering Committee and contributes to advancing best practices in experiential education and risk management.
