Exposure to stress is inherent to our work in the outdoor industry. Traumatic incidents, near misses and even day to day involvement in activities and outdoor living can cause lasting stress impact for outdoor professionals and program participants. This interactive session guides the individual instructor, manager, or administrator through a set of awareness skills and supportive tools for the mitigation of stress injuries.
