This session explores what mountain recreation teaches us about understanding and managing risk in any environment. Drawing from experience in outdoor settings, participants will explore personal and organizational risk tolerance, as well as common habits that lead to incidents. We will connect these lessons to practical tools for decision-making, situational awareness, and improved communication. Participants will leave with transferable insights to reduce consequences and improve performance.
