This training provides tangible tools and structure for leadership to manage the risk of stress injury within their organizations. We will provide an overview of stress injury, with specific direction for managing potentially traumatic incidents. The curriculum covers how stress injuries are formed, protective factors to implement within a workplace, and the Incident Support Framework; a proactive structure for managing post-incident support for staff. The training will guide organization leaders in implementation of evidence-informed tools and best practices, including the Individual and Team Stress Continuums, the Incident Support Tool, the 3-3-3 Traumatic Exposure Protocol.
